General order terms & conditions

Thank you for visiting our webshop on the website Rodebjer.com (hereafter the ”Site”) published by Rodebjer Form AB (hereafter ”Rodebjer”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order in our webshop. By ticking the box next to the Terms and Conditions on our Site you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Rodebjer at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Orders & Availability

Rodebjer has set up a webshop on the Site and customers may place their orders through the webshop. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Rodebjer does not guarantee that all items included in the Rodebjer webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, Rodebjer will contact you shortly by email.

Inaccuracies on the website

Rodebjer cannot guarantee that the content of the Site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times, nor can we guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. Although Rodebjer strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the Site and its webshop, errors may occur. Rodebjer may at any time amend the content of the Site and reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email and give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Prices

In the webshop prices are displayed for each item. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), the prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout. Please view the SHIPPING section below for shipping charges.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Rodebjer ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Insurance

Rodebjer insures each package during its time in transit and until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by such third party is sufficient evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Rodebjer.

Exchanges & Returns

Please note that the Swedish ”Distance and Doorstep Sales Act” applies to Rodebjer’s sales on the Site. During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in an unused condition. You may not handle the item more than necessary to determine the item’s qualities and fit. Returns will only be accepted if labels, such as, but not limited to, hangtags, and original packaging are fully intact. Rodebjer cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. If the item has been handled more than is deemed necessary, the customer will be liable to compensate Rodebjer for the incurred value reduction. All exchanges are subject to availability and can only be made to another size or color as the originally bought item.

Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. However, Rodebjer will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

In addition to the guidelines above the following bullet points are important to observe when handling your item:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and the items must be in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Rodebjer cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
  • Underwear must be kept in its sealed packaging.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Rodebjer. To have your return or exchange insured by Rodebjer please use the return label included in your package from Rodebjer and follow the instructions below. We prefer that international orders are returned to us via UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means, but please note that items lost in transit are not insured and compensated for by Rodebjer unless the return label has been used.

Refunds for returned items will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within seven days of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes as well as shipping costs will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

If you have chosen to pay using Klarna, your invoice will be updated within seven days. If you have not yet paid your invoice you can deduct the price of the item and only pay the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost and the administration fee. An updated invoice will be sent out by Klarna.

Non-Collected Items

If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.

Exchanges & returns within Sweden

Please follow our instructions below to make a return or exchange within Sweden:

  1. Place the item/items in the original packaging provided or any similar solid carton, to ensure that items are adequately protected in transit.
  2. Please complete the Return Form on the back of the letter included in the shipment. Enclose it together with the item/items you wish to return/exchange.
  3. Place the DHL return shipping label included in the shipment on the carton.
  4. Return at your nearest DHL delivery point.

Exchanges & returns within the EU

Please follow our instructions below to make a return or exchange within the EU:

  1. Place the item/items in the original packaging provided or any similar solid carton, to ensure that items are adequately protected in transit.
  2. Please complete the Return Form on the back of the letter included in the shipment. Enclose it together with the item/items you wish to return/exchange.
  3. Place the Posten return shipping label included in the shipment on the carton.
  4. Visit www.ups.com and click on “Contact UPS”
  5. Call UPS Customer Service to arrange a Pick Up.

Exchanges & returns outside of the EU

Please follow our instructions below to make a return or exchange outside of the EU and within Norway:

  1. Place the item/items in the original packaging provided or any similar solid carton, to ensure that items are adequately protected in transit.
  2. Please complete the Return Form on the back of the letter included in the shipment. Enclose it together with the item/items you wish to return/exchange.
  3. Place the Posten return shipping label included in the shipment on the carton.
  4. Visit www.ups.com and click on “Contact UPS”
  5. Call UPS Customer Service to arrange a Pick Up.
  6. On pick up please hand over the three proforma invoices, enclosed in the delivery, together with the return package.

If you wish to claim your sales tax and customs duty from your country’s customs, you need to hand over the three Proforma Invoice For Return Of Goods that you received with your order. Please save the tracking number to be able to claim the sales tax and the customs duty and follow the steps below:

  1. Contact your local UPS office to receive your customs declarations number.
  2. They will ask you for your tracking number (written on your return label).
  3. When you have received your custom declarations number please contact customs service in your country. Please note that Rodebjer cannot assist you with this and we do not guarantee that your claim will be successful.

Claims

If you receive a faulty item or the item does not live up to our quality standards, please contact us at: shopping@rodebjer.com for further consultation. Rodebjer is responsible for all shipping charges involving claims and incorrect deliveries. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. You must return the item you consider faulty to us within a 14-day period following delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law and any dispute shall be settled in a Swedish public court.
